I’m no stranger to leadership.
With over 25 years of professional experience leading in ministry and in the government, I’ve been confronted with a lot of the same demanding situations that you may be experiencing today. Having been tasked with managing, directing and coordinating on the highest levels, spanning from the Pentagon to military installations, I understand what it takes to stand firm in your assignment, even if it looks like setbacks or hurdles try to get in the way.
I’m passionate about helping people maximize the purpose that they’ve been given and achieve success in their life while helping those that they oversee do the same.

Dr. Williams provides valuable tools that will help you to understand your strengths and weaknesses as a leader and give you the practical steps to build an effective team.
Without a doubt Pastor, Dr., and now Apostle Nelson K. Williams, taught me the principles that I needed to know to succeed as a General Officer.”
